Driver Lubes

Your Role

As a Lube Driver, you'll ensure our customers receive the products they need safely and on time. You'll be the face of RelaDyne on every delivery representing our brand with professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Load and deliver petroleum lubricant products (engine oils, hydraulic fluids, greases, etc.) to commercial and industrial customers
  

• 
  Operate and maintain your delivery truck safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
  

• 
  Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  

• 
  Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and required paperwork
  

• 
  Communicate with dispatch about delivery status, issues, or delays
  

• 
  Uphold all safety standards, including PPE usage and emergency response
  

• 
  Maintain cleanliness and appearance of your vehicle
  
• 
  Provide excellent customer service on every delivery
  
• 
  Basic mechanical skills will be needed and used in the logistics of loading/unloading and maintenance.
  
• 
  Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and delivery orders.
  
• 
  This person must be able to read, analyze and interpret business, safety, and professional documents, as well as government regulations.
  
• 
  Will be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide as well as understand and calculate volume, weight and percentages. Other basic math skills may be required.

Requirements:

  1+ year of driving experience

  
  

• 
  

  CDL B license

  
  
• 
  

  Valid DOT Medical Card

  
  
• 
  

  Verifiable clean driving record

  
  

• 
  

  Tanker & Hazmat Endorsements

  
  

• 
  

  Motivated, safety-oriented, and good communication skills

  
  

• 
  

  Comfortable using electronic logging devices

Working Conditions:

• 
  

  This position will require physically demanding work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions, including extremes.

  
  
• 
  

  Required to work around moving mechanical parts, in high and precarious places, around fumes or airborne particles, and with potentially flammable chemicals.

  
  
• 
  

  The noise level will be generally moderate and occasionally loud at various delivery locations.

  
  
• 
  

  Truck operation will be loud and there will be moderate vibration associated with extended driving conditions.

  
  

Attendance Requirements:Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory, including arriving at the time as scheduled.
