We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Funding Analyst to manage and optimize supplier funding agreements and negotiation outcomes for our Center Store team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure negotiated supplier funding aligns with business objectives and monitor supplier commitment fulfillment. You will work closely with Merchandising, Legal, Finance, Leadership teams, and Supplier partners to maintain and execute agreements effectively.This role is based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of being in the Store Support office 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: * Contract Management & Documentation Manage supplier funding agreements through Excel-based and written contracts Ensure contract accuracy in partnership with Merchants Maintain and update SharePoint with negotiation documents and reporting Create and implement systematic supplier funding agreements * Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards to track supplier performance Provide analytical support and exception-based reporting Generate comprehensive reports on negotiation outcomes Track and measure key performance indicators Create and maintain critical supplier funding metrics * Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with legal team on supplier agreement creation Support suppliers with funding agreement documentation Coordinate with Marketing for asset submissions and billing Assist Strategic Partnerships and Merchandising teams with presentations and data reports Educate category management teams on supplier funding processes * Process Improvement Identify and implement process enhancement opportunities Maintain data integrity across systems Develop and optimize reporting mechanisms Additional Tasks As Assigned Required Qualifications: * Education & Experience Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with internal data management systems * Technical Skills Strong analytical and business math capabilities Data management and reporting expertise Tableau and/or Alteryx experience (preferred) * Professional Competencies Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong problem-solving abilities Superior communication and partnership-building skills Demonstrated customer service orientation Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Personal Qualities Self-motivated with innovative mindset Adaptable to dynamic work environments Positive attitude and collaborative approach Commitment to Whole Foods Market mission and values This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact business outcomes through effective supplier relationship management and data-driven decision making. The wage range for this position is $60,021.00-$102,036.00 Annual, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
