As a Security Professional- Unarmed Commercial Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and property staff. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while providing an approachable and professional point of contact for anyone in need of assistance. You will utilize your communication skills to respond to situations with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of observations, incidents, and activities during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
