This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while supporting key HR functions that keep the business and its employees thriving.

Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-site in Vista, CA)

Pay: $30/hour DOE

Employment Type: Temporary

What You'll Do



  • Report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources while assisting with daily HR operations.
  • Handle workers' compensation claims, benefits administration, and leave of absence requests.
  • Support employees with HRIS system (Dayforce) needs including password resets, forms, and acknowledgments.
  • Direct employees to the appropriate HR team member, manager, or system for assistance.
  • Issue and deactivate employee ID access badges.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring smooth integration.
  • Provide administrative support through filing, copying, and scanning HR documents.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to complete day-to-day HR transactions and projects.

What We're Looking For



  • 1-2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • HRIS knowledge preferred (Dayforce experience highly desirable).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
