Office

This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, Madison or Appleton, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time.

Hybrid

This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison or Appleton.

Remote

This is a fully remote/work from home role where you will spend xx% of your time in the field, servicing the xxxxxx territory. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events.

Hybrid or Remote

This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule. Summary of Responsibilities
Primarily "specialized" in taking either Teleprocessing calls from agents making policy changes, or DirectConnect calls from policyholders, agents, and claimants resulting in a new first notice of loss. Provide guidance and assistance to all callers in an easy-to-understand, jargon-free manner. Responsible for processing work in associated work queue to meet service level agreements established within the department. Other duties assigned by management.

1 year experience in the insurance industry

Preferred Education and Training
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate in General Insurance designation
