Machine Operator

• Must have three years of machine operating experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior packaging/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with ability to learn machine operation and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs; flexible to work varied shifts.

• Operate and monitor autopacking machinery, ensuring products are properly packed, labeled, and sealed.
• Perform routine quality checks, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain accurate production records.
• Keep packing area clean and organized while following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
