This employee sells Lincare Long Term Care services to nursing homes and other similar business-to-business healthcare accounts.
JOB FUNCTIONS * Establishes and maintains relationships with customer accounts * Responsible for making a predetermined number of contacts to nursing homes and other institutional based accounts * Identifies and develops new business * Prepares for and participates in trade shows, exhibits, and advertising campaigns * Initiates resolution to complaints from customers with the appropriate management * Prepares and submits approved plans for sales territory management * Provides marketing information to management as requested and/or made available * Inputs and maintains Lincare's Sales Tracking System and submits reports as requested * Follows up on lost-to-competition customers to identify problems with product or services and reports to management * Assists in the preparation of sales forecasts * Understands and provides information on pricing and product information to customers * Negotiates and submits agreements for review and approval * Generates interests in Lincare based products, services, and solutions * Schedules meetings for sales team for potential new customers * Assists in documentation as required for contract submissions |
