Clinical Dietitian - Clarks Summit State Hospital

The Department of Human Services is seeking a driven and dynamic Clinical Dietitian to join our dedicated dietary services team. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning and coordination of the nutritional care for residents at Clarks Summit State Hospital. In this position, you will oversee the development of a comprehensive nutritional care program for residents. This includes preparing and adjusting menus and nutritional care plans based on physician orders and established standards of nutrition. The program includes nutritional assessments, diet histories, and other medical record documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to work with a high degree of initiative and independent professional judgment. You will also assist in the management of all nutritional care issues and provide recommendations aimed at improving the dietary department's performance. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• May change based on operational needs.
• Overtime and travel: As needed
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
