Maintenance Technician - 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

Location: Plymouth, IN
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Rotating Weekends
Pay Range: $25-$35/hour

What You'll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair converting, printing, and extruding equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repairs.
• Install new machines and equipment.
• Conduct preventive and reactionary maintenance on machinery and facilities.
• Support PLC, DCS, and other control systems.
• Manage parts inventory and source materials for maintenance needs.
• Collaborate across departments and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in machine repair or technical maintenance preferred.
• Electrical background or training strongly preferred.
• Ability to read schematics, LOTO procedures, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with welding, fabricating, machining (lathes, mills).
• Comfortable using CMMS software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

• Indoor manufacturing setting with exposure to:




• Moving equipment
• Heat exceeding 90F
• Humidity over 80%
• Noise levels above 85 dB

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable climbing stairs and ladders.
