Position Summary

Top Requirements for Role include:

Literate and experienced with ISO9001, ISO14001, Responsible Care (RC14001/ RCMS), etc.

Training and experience in Root Cause Analysis.

Lead Auditor experience in ISO9001, ISO 14001, Responsible Care (RC14001/ RCMS), and vendor auditing.

Position located in the 77058 area of Southeast Houston.

NOTE: Duration of assignment approx 6 months.

EHSQ IMS Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and direct the EHSQ integrated management (IMS) system to ensure continuous improvement of products and processes. The EHSQ IMS Coordinator will ensure that processes needed for IMS management are developed, established, implemented, and maintained. Act as the focal point for companies Integrated Management System (IMS), developing, implementing and continuously improving ISO 9001, RC 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 frameworks. Lead quality initiatives, audits and improvement projects while embedding a culture of quality across the organization.

Audit Management.

Perform Monitoring and Continuous Improvement.

Supplier Quality Management.

Documentation and Knowledge Management.

Customer and Product Support.

Regulatory Developments.

Administrative and Cross-Functional Support.


Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing within the Quality Control/ Quality Assurance environment.

Understanding and experience of ISO concepts and requirements.

Essential functions require presence in the workplace on a regular basis as determined by the business schedule and the ability to work extra hours if needed. If applicable, the ability to work overtime may be needed to ensure the required staffing capacity to meet daily production objectives.

Work collaboratively with team members with different backgrounds and perspectives.

Assist other employees in accomplishing Indorama company goals. Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

Participates in Environmental, Health, Security, Safety & Quality initiatives as set forth by the company. Participates in and completes company required training programs training and experience in Root Cause Analysis. Possession of and willingness to spread customer-focus vision. Able to lead diverse groups. Strong facilitation and team-building skills, Facilitator of change, Strong decision-making capabilities, Unwavering integrity.

Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail oriented with a strong sense of safety awareness.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and is able to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization.


Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or another closely related field (preferred).

Lead Auditor certifications is required.
