You'll prepare adhesives and tooling, operate forklifts, support machine setups, and ensure proper handling of hazardous waste-all while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Schedule Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized We reward great work with: Pay: $20/hour + $1.00/hour night shift premium Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one Paid time off and holidays Growth and development opportunities Job Description: Possibility Unpacked What you'll do: Follow Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality systems to maintain a safe workplace and ensure quality products Prepare adhesives, tooling, and materials to keep machines running smoothly Operate forklifts and lifting equipment as needed Assist with machine setups and verify compliance with job specifications Handle, label, and transport hazardous waste properly on the production floor Maintain a clean and organized work environment Anticipate needs and react proactively to changes Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors What We Want From You: Lead the Pack Preferred qualifications: High school diploma or GED Forklift experience 1+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience General computer knowledge preferred Ability to obtain and maintain hazardous waste handling requirements What We Value Our Core Values guide us: Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Results, and Outperformance. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, and lift continuously for up to 12 hours/day Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and up to 90 lbs. with assistance Operate a forklift and other lifting devices Manipulate rolls and cylinders using a hoist system Why Amcor?
