Job Description:

The Supervisor position in QA Label Control is required to provide oversight and management of all functions associated with the operations of QA Label Control. This position would be responsible for the oversight of the printing, counting, verification and issuance of labeling and packaging components for manufacturing processes. This position will also be involved in Allergenic and CMO project support with respect to Label Control materials and processes. Oversee and direct the activities of the Projects and Operations Specialists in Label Control. Essential responsibilities include:

1. Provide guidance and direction to QA Label Control.
2. Supervise and coordinate all QA Label Control activities.
3. Ensure all applicable US and other regulatory requirements are met within the procedures and practices of QA Label Control.
4. Supervise and coordinate the training of QA Label Control personnel on new and revised SOPs and protocols.
5. As required, access, review, administrate and add information to various databases and systems.
6. Provide necessary support for regulatory and client inspectors/auditors.
7. Ensure the issuance of printed packaging components as required by manufacturing processes.
8. When required, establish objectives and conduct performance reviews with direct report personnel.
9. Submit justifications for capital budget items as needed and ensure the approved items are ordered, received and implemented in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associates of Arts or Sciences desired.
• Minimum 2 years QC/QA pharmaceutical experience required.
• FDA Regulated Industry experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Lead or Supervisory experience desired.
• 5 or more years of related experience desired.
• Advanced vocational/specialized knowledge required.
• Database and EDMS knowledge required.
• Understanding of cGMPs, European regulatory requirements and relevant USP chapters required.

Shift: Weekend Days, Friday-Sunday E/O Thursday

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

• Hiring Wage: $88,000 - $113,900 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role

• Shift Differential pay is available for this position, and is determined by hours worked on selected shift.
