Job Overview:




  • Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations






  • Installs, operates, maintains, upgrades, repairs and modifies equipment.






  • Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.






  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.






  • Maintains effective customer communications, relations, and provides onsite training.





Responsibilities:


At this developing level, the professional applies growing expertise, established policies, and standard procedures to complete assigned work. The role involves independently identifying and resolving routine issues while seeking guidance for more complex or unfamiliar problems.


Clear and effective communication-both written and verbal-is expected, especially when explaining processes or responding to routine inquiries. The individual is responsible for organizing their own work and adapting to unplanned tasks as they arise.


This role typically includes responsibility for managing individual components or tasks within larger projects. Progress is monitored against established benchmarks for time, quality, and cost. The P2 level is designed to foster independence and problem-solving skills as the professional continues to build subject matter expertise

Experience Required:


Individuals at this level typically have 1-2 years of relevant professional experience. They are expected to demonstrate growing functional knowledge, the ability to handle routine tasks independently, and the judgment to seek help on more complex issues. Experience should include contributing to team projects, managing components of assignments, and applying standard practices with increasing confidence. The role is designed to support further development of problem-solving and self-management capabilities.

Pay Transparency Details: The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Natus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range.
