*Description*
Process select incoming forms by reviewing, interpreting and entering data into the appropriate account. Review accounts that may need a new Benefits Card issued and complete the process in the appropriate system. Moving documents between folders on the network. Manage and maintain updates to participant accounts including enrollment, renewal, termination, and Benefits Card account maintenance. Process Health Savings Account customer identification program (CIP) documentation, account closures, account transfers and other associated updates. Process manual client renewals. Some limited external contact with participants to notify them when something is processed. This person may work in our Middleton, WI office, fully remote (Wisconsin locations only), or a combination of the two depending on availability. Responsibilities Include: Manage and maintain updates to participant accounts including enrollment, renewal, termination, leave of absence and permitted election changes as well as Benefits Card account maintenance Process Health Savings Account customer identification program (CIP) documentation, account closures, account transfers and other associated updates Update participant accounts from data received through eligibility files and manage any account variances. Contact client as needed to obtain information to resolve any discrepancies. Process manual client renewals for all product offerings Complete system data entry for new POP, COBRA, and Compliance Services clients Manage, triage, and assign enrollment related workflow (to include but not limited to data file feeds, help desk inquiries and tasks) in accordance with departmental expectations and standards Maintain and proactively manage CRM database, documenting each interaction and action item in a timely, compliant manner and in adherence with departmental standards Qualifications: Associate degree in Business or related field; may be substituted with two years of relevant work experience Minimum one year experience in an enrollment or administrative position supporting internal and external customers in a professional office environment Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, utilizing proper grammar, syntax and excellent business acumen Strong attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to multi-task in a high paced environment Self-motivated and able to resolve issues independently Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications along with a demonstrated ability to learn new software programs Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Access to reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel Previous experience in Benefits Administration, working with insurance brokers and/or carriers, or in the health insurance industry Knowledge of COBRA and tax advantaged benefit programs *Skills* Claims, Claims Processor, Customer Service, Prior authorization, Health insurance, HSA, Data entry *Top Skills Details* Claims,Claims Processor,Customer Service,Prior authorization,Health insurance *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Required: * High School Diploma * One year experience working in a professional office setting * Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to productivity and accuracy standards * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook * Minimum typing speed of 50 words for minute and 10-key speed of 9,500 per hour 3 Preferred: * Previous claims processing experience * Previous experience working with tax advantaged benefit plans * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
