Our client is a financial services company headquartered in Nashville, TN. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-level initiatives involving the development and support of major business systems.
Job Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for providing advanced project management expertise across complex business and technical initiatives. This role involves applying systems-based solutions to business challenges through direct customer engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will ensure that project scope, goals, and application standards are clearly defined and met. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage large-scale projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Collaborate with business partners, technical specialists, architects, and vendors to define project scope and objectives. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. * Ensure adherence to Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. * Manage stakeholder expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle. * Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members. * Communicate project status, risks, and future direction to leadership. Required Skills * Stakeholder Management * Project Planning * SDLC Expertise * Resource Planning * Agile and Waterfall Methodologies * Microsoft Project * PMP Certification (preferred) Additional Qualifications * Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated leadership and technical guidance capabilities. * Ability and willingness to learn new technologies. Experience Level * Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
