Employment Type: Full-Time \| Intermediate Level Join our team and help patients navigate the financial side of their healthcare journey. We're seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate professional to support patients before and during treatment by providing clear guidance on insurance coverage, financial obligations, and available assistance programs. Key Responsibilities * Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance details, and preliminary diagnoses prior to first appointments. * Estimate coverage and out-of-pocket costs; prepare cost estimate and liability forms. * Educate patients on benefits, co-pays, deductibles, and financial assistance options. * Coordinate with clinical reviewers to obtain pre-authorizations and referral approvals. * Review account balances and assist with payment arrangements or refund processing. * Maintain accurate records and update patient information at each visit. Qualifications * Experience in healthcare administration, patient benefits, or billing. * Familiarity with CPT/HCPCS coding and insurance processes. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Bilingual and oncology experience preferred. * Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
