At RECONCRAFT, we don't just build boats - we engineer maritime solutions. As a trusted partner to the U.S. military, and allied nations worldwide, our mission is to design and deliver cutting-edge vessels that perform when lives are on the line.

We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Master Scheduler to keep our shipbuilding programs running like clockwork. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our projects - creating, maintaining, and driving schedules that align engineering, production, procurement, test, trial and delivery operations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where precision matters and your work has a direct impact on national security, this is your stage.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Schedule - Develop and maintain master production and project schedules from concept through delivery.
  • Be the Connector - Partner with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Project Management teams to ensure all moving parts align.
  • Keep the Pulse - Track progress, flag risks, and adjust schedules to keep projects on time and mission-ready.
  • Bring Clarity - Provide clear, data-driven schedule reports to leadership and project teams.
  • Shape the Future - Continuously improve scheduling tools, processes, and methods to keep RECONCRAFT ahead of the curve.
  • Drive Execution - Support project teams in turning big goals into achievable milestones - and celebrate when we hit them.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field - OR 7+ years of relevant marine/manufacturing experience.
  • Proven track record in scheduling complex fabrication, job shop or shipbuilding/manufacturing projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while keeping multiple priorities moving forward.
  • Solid understanding of marine/shipyard workflows (prefabrication, fabrication, outfitting, testing, trials).
  • Self-starter with a team-first mindset and the drive to make an impact.

Why RECONCRAFT?

  • Be part of a mission-driven team supporting America's warfighters and allies.
  • Work on unique, high-performance vessels that combine cutting-edge engineering with hands-on craftsmanship.
  • Thrive in a small business environment where your voice matters and your impact is seen.
  • Competitive pay, strong benefits, and career growth opportunities.

This isn't just scheduling. This is shipbuilding for those who protect our freedom. Join RECONCRAFT and keep our programs on course.
