Job Description
YOUR ROLE: This position is an in-person opportunity located in Madison, WI, lasting between 3 to 9 months. It will begin in May or June 2026 and is suitable for a Summer 2026 Internship or a Summer to Fall 2026 Co-Op. You will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional impact within Operations through continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency. For example, you will work on optimizing workflows and supporting automation initiatives with our Kit Packaging team, as well as assisting our Materials Management teams with spare parts inventory management and process improvements. YOUR EXPERIENCE: You have successfully completed at least one year of college and are actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations Management. Additionally, you possess experience in leading teams or project activities and have demonstrated excellent communication skills and attention to detail. JOB OBJECTIVE: The Operations Continuous Improvement Intern utilizes process improvement and data analytics tools to analyze and solve complex problems within the Operations organization. This position helps drive positive change for efficiencies in areas such as inventory control, throughput, material flow, productivity, and ergonomics/safety. 3.
