M1 is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced PS&D Supervisor to support our Fort Rucker AMS
Contract.
This position reports to a M1 Fort Rucker Production Manager with the following knowledge and experience:
* Responsible for the successful operation of a contractor AF Plans, Scheduling, and Documentation department IAW the
Performance Work Statement, AF Instructions, and company policy.
* Attends applicable meetings as required.
* Plans and schedules the use and maintenance of aircraft, AGE, and associated equipment; maintains and updates all
equipment historical maintenance records.
* Compiles data needed for preparation of the weekly flying schedules and the weekly and monthly maintenance plans.
* Acts as the point of contact for any issues concerning Plans, Scheduling, and Documentation of assigned equipment.
* Compiles monthly reports for 7501 Maintenance scheduling effectiveness; Fleet time; DDLs; and PE flow.
* Manages and coordinates with AF higher headquarters on aircraft possession status.
* Coordinates with operations to establish firm maintenance and operations flying schedules; ensures known requirements and
maintenance needs.
* Performs Engine Management duties.
* Develops weekly/Monthly maintenance plans and daily flying schedules; forecast all known requirements to meet timely
inspection flow; incorporates all know requirements, inspections, time changes, corrosion control, and periodic maintenance.
* Manages and updates the Job Standard Master Listing; projects airframe capability; monitors and controls airframe utilization;
and attends pre/post-dock meetings.
* Manages all TCTOs for timely accomplishment and are properly documented.
* Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional and effective manner.
* Represent the company in an appropriate professional manner in terms of attire, business courtesies, ethics, and customer
culture.

Additional Requirements:
* Five years' experience in USAF plans, scheduling and documentation functions.
* Thorough understanding of USAF aircraft maintenance processes required.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
* Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as Word,
Outlook, Power Point, and Excel.
* Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
* Able to obtain and maintain any security clearance and/or base access as required by the contract.
* Current valid U.S. Driver's License.
Education:
High school or equivalent
A&P License preferred
