Description
Reporting to the Vice President, Project Management, New England, the Project Executive, will be responsible for managing, directing, and developing Civil and Utility market throughout New England States. This position requires being responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations of the group including project performance and accountability. Further, you will work with the staff to review project status as well as proactively identifying issues that require immediate resolutions. Additionally, this individual shall be responsible for the overall management of the preparation and submission of proposals and would be expected to participate in client interviews and negotiations as may be required. This will also require working closely with the estimating department on review of estimates and purchase of major subcontractors or vendors. It's critical that as a member of the Project Executive team this individual provides strong leadership and ensures that the company maintains its presence in the market place as a company known for its responsiveness, safety, quality, professionalism and integrity. It's imperative that this individual can work closely with corporate safety to enforce protocols and maintain a high awareness of safety throughout the workforce. Core Responsibilities:
