Job Summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Longview, TX. This is a great opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient primary care setting while working alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum family medicine services, including wellness visits, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and acute care -
Conduct patient assessments, perform exams, and order/interpret diagnostic tests -
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in coordination with supervising physicians -
Educate patients and families on preventive health, disease management, and lifestyle modifications -
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
Qualifications

Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant -
National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) -
Minimum of 1 year of family medicine or primary care experience preferred -
Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills -
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Schedule & Compensation

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no weekends or evenings) -
