The FP&A Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and budgeting processes across Tenneco's Performance Solutions group, with a primary focus on direct cash flow consolidation, liquidity forecasting, capital allocation optimization, and balance sheet management. This individual will work closely with senior executives and cross functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that enhance cash efficiency, strengthen liquidity, and improve overall financial performance. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, detail-oriented finance leader with a strong foundation in financial modelling, delivering actionable insights and fostering a culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
