  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, associates, and leadership across departments.
  • Support system upgrades, assist with CRM cases, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Perform deposit account updates, time deposit maintenance, LexisNexis verifications, and handle return mail processing.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in bank deposit operations and/or services.
  • General understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory standards.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $23.08 - $25.00/HR, plus strong bonus potential.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match.

  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.

  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:

    • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Generous paid time off and bank holidays.

  • Access to training and professional development programs.
