Your main tasks: Lead daily operations by guiding hourly teammates to meet performance goals and quality standards. Train and develop staff, ensuring each teammate understands their role and has the support to succeed. Serve as a technical expert, modeling safety, productivity, and a positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement. Manage workflow and problem-solving, ensuring tasks are completed on time and issues are resolved or escalated appropriately. Communicate priorities and updates regularly with staff, leadership, and external partners like suppliers and transport companies. Monitor inventory, quality, and reporting, conducting audits and producing data to support accountability and improvement efforts.
