Kratos is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role you will report to the Senior Director of Facilities to provide direction and leadership for multiple Kratos facilities and create a safe and efficient work environment for our employees. Duties may include team leadership, administration of systems, tools and taskings relating to space utilization, real estate, safety, regulatory compliance, CMMS, cost, construction, and vendor management, as well as repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate for this role must possess good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and have hands-on construction and facilities project management experience. The successful candidate will be a hard-working team player with a sense of ownership with respect to the duties of the Facilities Management organization and will support the team to maintain scalability and effectiveness as it expands its reach further within the organization.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
