Where You'll Make a Difference

• Design and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business opportunities and forecast performance.
• Lead the development of detailed business cases for investments, product launches, and process improvements.
• Provide financial and strategic insights to cross-functional teams supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Analyze key performance indicators, market trends, and financial data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Consolidate financial information from multiple sources to inform high-level decision-making.
• Collaborate with accounting, financial planning, and business partners to ensure consistency in reporting and projections.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to executive leadership and project teams.
• Support strategic planning by identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in business finance or a comparable area.
• Strong proficiency in enterprise financial systems (e.g., Systems Applications and Products [SAP], Oracle), Excel modeling, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Exceptional analytical and data management skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Experience managing project workstreams and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and strategic thinking.
