Administrative Analyst Anesthesia Full Time 85967BR Job Summary As the Administrative Analyst, this position will act as a high-level liaison between faculty leadership, administrators, medical center administration, colleagues at national institutions and other Universities, public officials, and other persons outside the University. This position will provide support for up to two faculty leaders in the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care; this support includes but is not limited to, administrative support, complex calendaring, travel planning and preparing itineraries, processing of reimbursements and completing expense reports, preparing essential meeting documents, managing the workflow, coordinating events, and completing special projects as needed. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $29.03 - $41.55 (Hourly Rate). RCS functions under the guidance of the Department of Anesthesia in the School of Medicine (SOM) at UCSF; one of the world's leading centers of health sciences, research, patient care, and education. The primary focus of ZSFG Respiratory Care Service is in critical and acute care and features an expanded scope of practice. The department has a growing presence in outpatient clinics and community services. Our Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCPs) serve as consultants to nursing, faculty, and all other members of the healthcare team. Required Qualifications
