About the Team: Role Overview: Key Responsibilities: * Program Leadership - Own the feature lifecycle from idea/proposal through architecture, development, validation, and deployment. * Execution Management - Drive the software development cycle for assigned features, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. * Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA, suppliers, and validation teams to align scope, resolve dependencies, and remove blockers. * Technical Oversight - Review and guide system architecture, ensuring seamless integration across complex multi-system environments. * Supplier Management - Oversee delivery quality from external partners, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical requirements. * Risk & Quality Management - Ensure DFMEA and TARA risks are fully addressed; track and close all validation issues. * Requirements Management - Partner with requirements teams to define, clarify, and refine feature specifications. * Effort Validation - Review vendor estimates and provide recommendations for approval. * Process & Standards - Champion agile best practices and ensure consistent delivery processes across vendors and teams.
