Job Description The Credit Services Exceptions Work Coordinator supervises workflow and monitors the daily operations of the group, providing input/suggestions to manager concerning production improvements, project status, and the implementation of changes or additions to policies and procedures. The Work Coordinator provides first level problem solving and training for the department, functions as supervisor when the manager is away, and resolves daily operational problems with guidance from management. Normally operates independently, although supervisory resources are available. Identifies areas of opportunity to improve processes and create efficiencies. Department directly supports and works with the various departments in the Credit Services Division, Relationship Managers, Commercial Training, and the Consumer line of business. How You'll Spend Your Time You will serve as a team lead, overseeing daily procedures and operations for our Credit Services Exceptions team. You have a basic understanding of commercial, consumer and/or Mortgage lending. Your computer skills will be put to the test by accessing multiple systems and learning our processes and procedures. You will need exceptional verbal and written communication to express yourself clearly and concisely to internal and external partners. You will coach others and help them develop their capabilities so they can execute processes and serve our client's needs. Education & Experience Requirements Thorough knowledge of lending and documentation policies Working knowledge of Fidelity, LaserPro, and Workflow Image Technology applications Working knowledge of Bank operations Excellent PC skills including Word and Excel Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner Strong ability to lead a team and motivate others Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to resolve problems for less experienced employees Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Office - 20 lbs BOK Financial Corporation Groupis a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.With passion, skill and partnership you can make an impact on the success of the bank, customers and your own career!
