Your Opportunity: Taylor Visual Impressions is adding an Inventory Control Clerk in Duluth, GA to help serve our customers' needs. This person will play a pivotal role in the overall efficient operation of our warehouse and shipping departments.

Your Shift:

  • Temporary role
  • Monday - Friday; Day Shift, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Your Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, monitor, and maintain inventory levels for all purchased and produced items at designated warehouse locations to support sales demands and operational goals.
  • Accurately update and maintain inventory records to ensure data integrity.
  • Process billing for all releases and handle any necessary corrections prior to release.
  • Manage billing for all plant inventory orders.
  • Ensure compliance with established internal controls, company policies, and procedures.
  • Be able to safely operate equipment in accordance with company protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Partner with receiving teams to confirm items are received on time and meet SLA requirements.
  • Work under direct supervision while following defined processes and procedures.
  • Follow established guidelines, with limited need for independent decision-making.

You Must Have:

  • Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures related to warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to follow instructions and apply pre-established guidelines to complete assigned tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between priorities effectively.
  • Capability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (e.g., cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.).

We Would Also Prefer:

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent
  • Experience in a production related environment
