Summary

The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator role develops and manages specialized projects and departmental initiatives. This role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and represents the department of Pharmacy in the development of health system innovations.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: PharmD Degree from a recognized/accredited School/college of Pharmacy required.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
  3. Experience: Two years of pharmacist experience providing direct patient care including patient monitoring and drug therapy review required. Five years of experience in a health system practice or specialty experience preferred.
