Job Description
At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. Our Marketing Department is actively seeking a Proposal Coordinator II, who will be based out of our office located in Cary, North Carolina. Reporting directly to the Proposal Manager, you will support the development of qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other business development-related deliverables and collateral in pursuit of new business for the company. This is a hybrid position that will require a minimum of 2-3 days/week in the office. Additional Responsibilities
