Job Title: Genesys Director/Architect - Contact Center Technology Location: Chicago, IL or Evansville, IN (Onsite, 5 days/week) Travel Requirement: Up to 20-25% annually Engagement Type: W2 no C2C Overview: Our banking client is seeking a highly skilled Genesys Director/Architect to lead the modernization and scaling of their contact center platform. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience through advanced IVR, AI, and ACD technologies, and requires a hands-on leader who can drive innovation and mentor a growing team. Key Responsibilities: * Architect and implement scalable solutions on the Genesys platform to support evolving contact center operations. * Lead and mentor a team of engineers and developers focused on Genesys technologies. * Design and build advanced IVR functionality, integrate AI capabilities, and optimize ACD routing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Chicago and Evansville, ensuring seamless communication and execution. * Travel between offices as needed (estimated 20-25% annually). Must-Have Skills: * Proven experience with Genesys (Cloud, Engage, or PureConnect). * Strong background in contact center technologies, including IVR, ACD, and AI integration. * Demonstrated leadership in architecting and scaling enterprise-level solutions. * Willingness to work onsite full-time in either Chicago, IL or Evansville, IN. Nice-to-Have Skills: * Experience with cloud platforms and telephony systems. * Familiarity with VoIP, telecommunications, and call center infrastructure. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $199999.00/yr.
