What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated, "hands-on" individual to join the Construction Team for a novel battery chemical plant near Corpus Christi, TX. As a Millwright, you will interface closely with the construction, maintenance, and operations teams to execute equipment installations while also supporting equipment preservation, field repairs, and preventative maintenance activities. What You'll Do Provide hands-on machinery support for a variety of equipment across the site, including pumps, compressors, conveyors, fans, mixers, centrifuges, and blowers Validate equipment cleanliness, readiness, and initial run-in performance prior to process commissioning Support root-cause investigations and the development of risk-based, cost-effective solutions to prevent recurrence Perform a variety of equipment health monitoring tasks, including vibration monitoring, oil sampling, and other high frequency PMs. Provide break-in support as needed to resolve machinery issues Display initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
