Position Summary We are seeking an Operations Associate to be an integral member of the AIM team, providing operational support to keep the high-performing team running effectively. The role will provide exposure to all aspects of AIM's work, including performance and impact reporting, internal systems management, fund and policy compliance, and audit support- all with a focus on inclusive financial institutions and Fintechs. The position is full-time in a dynamic, hard-working team, with opportunities for growth for high achievers. Position Responsibilities Portfolio Management and Investment Support:
Collaborate closely with investment staff to produce reports, portfolio updates, and timely responses to investor information requests.
