Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site for our client in Palmdale, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
• Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component-level knowledge, operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, and application knowledge, troubleshooting techniques
• Install and configure network devices (network printers, scanners, plotters, PCs).
• Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices.
• Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets, aka network connects (activation of data drops).
• Assist in the relocation of customer employees to the facility (move PCs and activate data drops in the new location).
• Troubleshoot network issues with PCs and LAN (duplex mismatches, duplicate IPs, corrupt firewall software, proxy configuration issues)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Set up and configure PC's

Pay: $21.40 / hr

Hours: 4x10

Required Skills:
