Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Littleton, CO. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Perform various duties in support of end users for IT hardware or software.
• Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component-level knowledge, operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, application knowledge, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Install and configure network devices (printers, scanners, plotters, PCs).
• Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices.
• Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets, aka network connect (activation of data drops).
• Assist in relocating customer employees to the facility (move PCs and activate data drops in the new location).
• Troubleshoot network issues with PCs and LAN (duplex mismatches, duplicate IPs, corrupt firewall software, proxy configuration issues.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Set up and configure PC's.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21.40/hr.

Hours: 9x80, 7 AM-5 PM.

Length: Contract.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with hardware repair.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with hardware deployment and asset tracking.

• A clean driving record as an MVR will be run.
• Please note, you must be comfortable potentially driving company vehicles/cars from site to site.
• Lifting to 50 lbs may be necessary.
