Senior Product Manager, Firefly Design Intelligence

Adobe Inc.
United States, California, San Jose
345 Park Avenue (Show on map)
Mar 07, 2026

About the Role

Adobe is transforming how enterprises design at scale. Firefly Design Intelligence (FDI) brings generative AI directly into the creative workflow - empowering designers to create, reflow, and adapt layouts intelligently across formats, brands, and channels. At the heart of this transformation are style systems and brand-aware intelligences that ensure every design aligns with brand identity while accelerating creative output.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of Firefly Design Intelligence - driving how design intelligence, automation, and brand governance come together inside tools like Illustrator and Photoshop. You'll define how creative systems learn from brand context and scale across users, formats, and campaigns. This role is ideal for a PM who loves design tools, understands the creative process deeply, and knows how to turn AI capabilities into magical, high-impact workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Firefly Design Intelligence - focusing on layout generation, adaptive design, and brand-aware creative automation.

  • Define and scale workflows, enabling designers and admins to capture, share, and evolve design intelligence across teams and projects.

  • Partner with AI, design, and engineering teams to infuse Firefly-powered intelligence into first and 3rd party creative products and via plug-ins and future native integrations.

  • Instrument data and feedback loops to measure creative efficiency, design reuse, and engagement across enterprise customers.

  • Collaborate with GenStudio teams to align Firefly Design Intelligence with Adobe's broader brand and content supply chain strategy.

  • Engage directly with designers and enterprise brand teams to understand layout challenges, brand governance needs, and opportunities for AI augmentation.

  • Translate user insight into actionable requirements and ship product experiences that balance creativity, control, and compliance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience in creative tools, design automation, or AI-driven productivity platforms.

  • Proven ability to translate complex AI/ML or creative workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.

  • Familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, or other layout tools and how designers think and work.

  • Strong technical grounding in generative AI, LLMs, or structured metadata systems.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional alignment skills - you can inspire designers, engineers, and enterprise stakeholders alike.

  • A builder's mindset: curiosity, execution velocity, and empathy for creative users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in design systems, brand guidelines, or content production automation.

  • Experience with AEM Assets, DAMs, or brand management platforms.

  • Familiarity with plug-in ecosystems (e.g., CEP, UXP, or App Builder) or integration frameworks.

  • Demonstrated experience shipping AI-augmented creative workflows that balance automation with creative control.

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
