Summary: Responsibilities: 2. Greets MRI patients in a prompt and courteous manner and verifies patient's identity. 3. Assists patients with changing into proper hospital issued attire and securing valuables. 4. Completes patient related duties according to the individual need of the patient with full consideration of the patient's safety needs. 5. Performs MRI safety screening with patient for MRI technologist review. 6. Support technologist in prepping the MRI room and patients for exam, helping patients on and off the exam table and escorting them back to the changing room and lobby. 7. Assemble and disassemble various MRI table coils/attachments for various MRI procedures. 8. Positions patient's safely on the MRI table under the direct supervision of MRI technologist. 9. Cleans MRI rooms, MRI equipment and accessories, and surroundings. Uses appropriate cleaning solutions according to the level of disinfection required. 11. Performs MR safety inspections as assigned and report any deficiencies to supervisor/manager. 13. Assist with transport of patients to and from MRI upon request to ensure patients arrival in a timely manner. 14. Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
