Our team is looking to fill a
Treasury Management Sales Manager position for our Midvale, Utah office location.
Role Description:
- Responsible for the treasury management sales activities of the department, including the development of new non-borrowing treasury management business, expansion of existing business relationships and the servicing of clients.
- Functions as the liaison with the corporate treasury management group on all sales process rollouts. Monitors and plans sales strategies with relation to product profitability.
- Manages, motivates and coaches sales team to meet goals.
- Plans and schedules activities within the treasury management service area and coordinates these activities with other functional areas.
- Ensures that staff is adequately trained.
- Maintains knowledge of bank products, regulatory requirements, and industry issues.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field and 6+ years of treasury management processes, products and services, sales or other directly related experience, management experience required.
- Requires a considerable working knowledge of treasury management processes and services, cash management products, sales and servicing techniques.
- Must have strong analysis, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage sales employees.
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving
