Bagel Brands is seeking a Part Time Office Administrator to join our Denver, Colorado team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, and will have demonstrated experience in facilities, hospitality, and/or organizational management. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, efficient, and engaging workplace environment.

This is an hourly position with a target pay of $30 - $35/hour with annual 10% bonus potential. This role requires travel to the office 5 days a week (Monday - Friday from 10am - 2pm). We are located at Colorado Blvd. & I-25 in Denver.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an organized and inviting work environment.
  • Foster employee engagement by promoting and supporting office and company culture initiatives and events.
  • Collaborate with Executive Administration on various tasks, including invoice processing, expense reporting, correspondence preparation, conference room scheduling, and catering coordination.
  • Serve as primary liaison with the property management company.
  • Oversee front desk operations, including guest reception, mail and shipping logistics, and the maintenance of office, breakroom, food, and mailroom supplies.
  • Support new hire onboarding and alumni transitions in partnership with Human Resources and Executive Administration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and organization.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong alignment with Bagel Brands culture principles; ability to serve as a positive brand ambassador.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

EDUCATION - TRAINING - EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • 3-5 years of office administration experience, including reception and administrative support.
  • Experience managing courier services (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate or advanced level.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Concur and Expensify software.

Compensation Range:

$19.50 - $34.13 per hour

*Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
