As a Technical Delivery Lead at Nokia, you will lead the deployment of cloud solutions for key customers in the Americas, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables that align with budget and scope commitments. Your mission is to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by managing critical technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project success. By delivering world-class Telco cloud infrastructures, you will support Nokia's broader mission of transforming connectivity and empowering businesses to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

In this role, you will partner with the Market Services team in project planning and governance, track milestones and deliverables, and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. You will foster close collaboration between engineering, R&D, product management, and customer teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration.

You will also play a critical role in resource planning, mentoring delivery engineers, identifying process improvements, and applying lessons learned to strengthen delivery efficiency. By championing delivery excellence and customer satisfaction, you will help Nokia deliver world-class Telco cloud infrastructure-supporting the broader mission of transforming global connectivity and enabling digital growth for enterprises.



  • Led Cloud Infrastructure delivery for key customers across North America and Latin America, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and financial commitments.
  • Acted as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Onboarded both local and remote delivery teams, upholding high-quality standards while optimizing project financials.
  • Aligned service demand and resource supply between Market Services and Cloud Infrastructure to support effective cost management.
  • Supported pre-sales activities by validating project scope and pricing for Cloud Infrastructure deliverables.
  • Proactively identified and mitigated risks related to cost and delivery to prevent overruns.
  • Maintained accurate project status updates in organizational tools and ensured quality delivery by addressing resource gaps promptly.
  • Built and nurtured strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • BS/MS in engineering.

  • Prior experience leading end-to-end deployment of Telco Cloud solutions for strategic customers across the Americas.
  • Strong adaptability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies, tools, and respond to evolving client requirements.
