Senior ISR Analyst I Location: Offutt AFB, NE Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI Travel: Up to 10% travel requirement to CONUS locations as needed by customer. As a Senior ISR Analyst you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise (SME) and making recommendations surrounding improving ISR processes, efficiency and practices. This includes testing and implementing process improvements. Consulting with customers to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performing a variety of complicated tasks. Leading and directing the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Who You Are and What You Need:
- Master's Degree in related field or equivalent experience is preferred. Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in related field including review, analysis and management of complex issues surrounding processes, systems, and logistics of the ISR mission area.
- Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in AF logistics, maintainability and reliability support programs.
- Experience should include review, analysis and management of complex ISR mission-area issues surrounding processes, systems, and logistics.
- Familiarity with DOD 5000 series acquisition regulations.
- Possess a proven record in problem solving, decision-making, leadership, program/financial management, logistics and concept development.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Possess demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to CONUS travel as needed.
What You Will Do:
- Action tasks under the guidance and direction of 55 Wing Technical Director.
- Act as a principal advisor to the 55 Wing Commander, 55 Wing Technical Director and 645 AESS engineers on effectiveness of developmental capabilities.
- Serve as integrations and operations SME for program activities and capabilities.
- Facilitate testing and development of wing aircraft with USAF and sister service program offices, research labs and other government entities.
- Assistant Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO...Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO)), administers PERSEC and physical security requirements.
- QC monthly RC-135 Community of Interest (COI) Ops in Review (OIR) Highlights Report at multiple levels as information becomes available.
- Develop HAF programmatic and advocacy briefing materials.
- Support the 55th Operations Group Commander and Deputy Commander with Adhoc support for Staff Assistance and as needed.
- Track wing operations (SITREPs) from up to 6 locations for all RC/WC-135 variants managing mission data over the past 10 years.
- Track wing platforms worldwide and publishes weekly updates to BS, WG/CV, OG/CC and others.
- WG Point of Contact (POC) for research on Combatant Command (COCOM) statistics for operations (annual submissions, briefings, etc.).
- Coordinate RC-135 fleet Program Advocacy through operational ISR reports distributed to key general officers.
- Consult with customers to identify current ISR operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
- Test and implement ISR process improvements.
