*About the Role* We're looking for a compassionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Advocate. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing support via phone and email, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience with every interaction.
*Key Responsibilities* * Respond to inbound calls and emails from members and providers. * Assist with open enrollment and consumer-driven product inquiries. * Support COBRA enrollment and payment questions. * Reset website passwords and guide members through online wellness exam completion. * Answer general benefit questions and promote the use of our online tools. * Verify insurance benefits and eligibility. * Provide claim status updates and assist with complex claim issues. * Complete insurance forms such as Accident/Injury questionnaires and check tracers. * Update member contact information (mailing address, phone number, email). * Escalate calls appropriately when necessary. *What We're Looking For* * A customer-centric mindset with a passion for service. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Comfortable navigating websites and digital tools. * Demonstrates our core values: Integrity, Public Service, Promoting Wellness, Simplicity, and Operational Excellence. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.36 - $18.36/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
