Job summary
The Senior Integrated Channel Manager, Content will lead the development and execution of comprehensive, full funnel media strategies designed to drive engagement, acquisition, and customer retention within a B2B context. This role is integral to crafting and optimizing integrated media plans, utilizing analytics, AI-driven tools, and emerging platforms to deliver exceptional campaign performance and measurable business results.
What you will do

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive full funnel media strategies that align with CDW's broader B2B marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creation and deployment of integrated media plans across paid search, programmatic, social media, display advertising, and emerging digital platforms specifically targeting B2B audiences.
  • Lead the implementation of advanced analytics, measurement frameworks, and attribution models to continuously optimize media spend and campaign outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with external media agencies and technology partners to leverage cutting-edge media tools and methodologies.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to implement and scale AI-driven and programmatic media solutions specifically for B2B audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive B2B campaign planning and execution.
  • Ensure performance tracking aligns with defined KPIs, including conversion metrics, ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Coach and develop a team of media specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with a minimum of 4 years in performance media strategy OR
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience with a minimum of 6 years in performance media strategy
  • 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating proven experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Expert knowledge of digital media planning and buying across multiple channels, including paid search, social, display, and programmatic.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI-driven content creation tools, predictive analytics, and advanced marketing automation platforms tailored for B2B marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in media analytics, data visualization, and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Analytics).
  • Proven experience integrating AI-driven insights and analytics into performance marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting media strategies and performance insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to remain agile and responsive in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B marketing environment.

Pay range: $ 126,000 - $ 174,800 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 15% subject to terms and conditions of plan
