Trilogy Federal is looking for a motivated and independent Management Analyst to support a variety of projects across a large program. The ideal candidate will have outstandingverbal, written, and interpersonal skills, an interest in consulting and project management, and adesire to learn. The selected candidate will have an important role on a high-performing team improving healthcare for Veterans.
Please note this position is contingent upon award, expected September/October 2025

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support project coordination and management for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with established project management standards.
  • Track, monitor, and report project progress through schedules, dashboards, and status updates, highlighting accomplishments, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Assist with budget and resource planning including cost projections, business case development, ROI analysis, and acquisition documentation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication internally and externally, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining workflow organization.
  • Conduct research and analysis such as market studies, process reviews, and feasibility assessments to inform project decisions.
  • Support design and testing activities including usability studies, data collection, analysis, and incorporating user/stakeholder feedback into solution improvements.
  • Assist with prototype and pilot execution, coordinating site identification, partner engagement, training delivery, and change management planning.
  • Maintain documentation and process compliance to ensure regulatory, policy, and cybersecurity requirements are met.
  • Contribute to measurement and evaluation efforts by defining performance metrics, collecting data, and analyzing project outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate technology and acquisition processes to support implementation, sustainment, and scalability of project solutions
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 4 years total experience.
  • Significant professional experience in project coordination, process improvement, and/or business analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a structured project management environment.
  • Proven ability to perform data analysis, develop reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Prior experience supporting acquisition processes, resource planning, and lifecycle cost analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on learning, opportunities for impact, and collaboration with colleagues.
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • VA or Federal experience.
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare organization (e.g., hospital, health system, health insurance company, military health etc.).
