Military Market Lead Key Role: Drive and grow the Air Force's business while leveraging expertise and key client relationships to assist with business development and market growth across the Air Force. Assist with large-scale capture and solutioning efforts with teammates, vendors, and internal partners. Translate comprehension of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing Air Force systems to business development initiatives while providing leadership to solve problems and enable the ability to architect future technological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Assist with creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and performance standards. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
