Test and Evaluation Lead The Opportunity: As a Test and Evaluation Lead you'll be responsible for developing testing strategies and timelines for proof of concepts and pilots. You'll provides electronic procurement system (ePS) Test and Evaluation (T&E) support to include test and evaluation master plans development, test and evaluation working integrated product team support, test planning support, systems engineering support to assist in evaluating the developmental and operational effectiveness of the ePS program during structured developmental test, integrated test and operational test evaluation evolutions. You'll track current and projected testing to ensure on-time delivery of results, providing Senior Navy officials the ability to access critical information required to deliver future capabilities and requirements. As a test engineer on our team, you'll use your experience to work with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate software developed for Department of the Navy (DON). You'll create a test plan with test cases based on user stories. You'll generate data and implement the test cases to observe how the software performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool. You'll automate continuous security and performance testing and monitor the health of content delivery systems. You'll also broaden your experience in developing automatic scripts for testing and gain skills in new areas, while sharing your testing experience with your team. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
