Test and Evaluation Lead

The Opportunity:

As a Test and Evaluation Lead you'll be responsible for developing testing strategies and timelines for proof of concepts and pilots. You'll provides electronic procurement system (ePS) Test and Evaluation (T&E) support to include test and evaluation master plans development, test and evaluation working integrated product team support, test planning support, systems engineering support to assist in evaluating the developmental and operational effectiveness of the ePS program during structured developmental test, integrated test and operational test evaluation evolutions. You'll track current and projected testing to ensure on-time delivery of results, providing Senior Navy officials the ability to access critical information required to deliver future capabilities and requirements.

As a test engineer on our team, you'll use your experience to work with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate software developed for Department of the Navy (DON). You'll create a test plan with test cases based on user stories. You'll generate data and implement the test cases to observe how the software performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool.

You'll automate continuous security and performance testing and monitor the health of content delivery systems. You'll also broaden your experience in developing automatic scripts for testing and gain skills in new areas, while sharing your testing experience with your team.

You Have:

• 15+ years of experience in testing and evaluation

• Experience with the development of scientific test analysis techniques for software and evaluation

• Ability to write test scripts

• Ability to work both independently and with a geographically separated team

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with DoD Acquisition Framework

• Knowledge of DON organizations and IT systems

• Master's degree

Clearance:
