Marvell's Optical and Copper Connectivity Business Unit is the industry leading provider of infrastructure solutions to enterprise, data center, service providers, small business, and digital home customers. The Ethernet PHY applications team is a key part of Optical and Copper Connectivity Business Unit that drives key design wins for 1-Gigabit, Multi-Gigabit, 10-Gigabit, up to 400-Gigabit Ethernet PHY products.
We are looking for a customer facing passionate, experienced, hands-on engineer to bring us to greater heights. If you are an individual who is confident in his technical abilities and leads by example, we are looking for you. Our Application Engineers expected to have knowledge of SW programming and HW fundamentals as well as the curiosity and persistence to take on interesting and challenging issues on a daily basis.

What You Can Expect

Track and report IP development progress. Understand and improve design and change list review/sign-off flow. Provide basic IP integration support to SOC including IP selection and IP floor planning with reference clock/analog signals distribution review. Conduct IPs' analog signals and P/G physical routing review. Work closely with IP developer and technical writer to ensure information in the IP integration and physical routing guides for SOC use are accurate and up to date. Drive closure SOC supporting request related to Pre-silicon SOC-IP integration. Wage $167,000.00 - $197.000.00 per year.

What We're Looking For

Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following:

* IP development stages.
* The usage of related analog IPs to be integrated to SOC.
* IP technologies and development process.
* IP methodology.
* A mixed-signal IP design.
* ASIC projects.
* SoC/IC design flow for advanced process technologies.
* Process flows and methodologies in Silicon Development.
