In-Home Flooring Sales Representative

Meet customers face-to-face in their homes to help them choose the perfect flooring solutions. You'll receive hot, pre-qualified leads within a 1-hour radius, plus opportunities to increase your earnings through referrals and prospecting.

4 Days per Week + 1 Weekend Day

$50,000-$70,000+ (100% Commission + Bonuses)

Your Role:

• Visit customers at home to assess their flooring needs and present product options
• Use tablets and measuring tools for accurate, professional presentations
• Close sales and build lasting customer relationships
• Self-generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
• Attend sales meetings and training virtually and in person
• Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing Advantage xPO-branded apparel

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and vehicle capable of carrying sample boards
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with electronic tools used in sales presentations
• Motivated to meet or exceed sales goals
